Please Note: All designs remain the property of Aleph Studio until final payment has been made, Use of any designs prior to payment being finalised is a breach of copyright.
PAYMENT: Both International Australian Clients are required to pay 50% of the quoted design fee upfront prior to any design work taking place. This 50% of the design fee is non-refundable once the design process has commenced. The balance is payable before release of the final files or printed material. Any additional charges (stock images, non-standard typefaces, printing etc.) are due at the time they are incurred and must be paid before they are acquired by Aleph Studio, unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATIONS+REFUNDS: 50% of the design fee is non-refundable once the design process has commenced, this is deemed to have occurred on receipt of a completed design brief and agreement on the design quote from the client and once I have started sketching or working on designs. If a design project is canceled by the client prior to project completion a pro-rata payment may be applicable on any project that is more than 50% complete (as determined by Aleph Studio) for time spent on the project before the cancellation notice was received. In the event of project cancellation Aleph Studio retains ownership of all copyright material and original artwork.
COPYRIGHT: All designs and their copyright remain the property of Aleph Studio until final payment has been received. The client assumes copyright and reproduction rights upon final payment and completion of the project. Unused design concepts remain the property of Aleph Studio and may be used for other clients in the future. Aleph Studio retains personal rights for the use of completed projects as examples in their design portfolio and marketing materials for Aleph Studio.
As all in-progress designs remain copyright of Aleph Studio, you may not share any work-in-progress or logo concepts with more than 3 individuals, business coaches or clients; you specifically must not share any uncompleted work in any social media or networking groups. Failure to comply with this may result in cancellation of the job, with no refund of the initial 50% deposit.
REVISIONS: The design fee includes 2 revisions (unless otherwise specified on the initial project quote); additional revisions or alterations are charged at a rate of $100 per hour (or as advised in the quote).
APPROVAL OF ARTWORK: Whilst Aleph Studio takes all care to avoid errors, Aleph Studio is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, typographical errors, omissions or incorrect information in the final product. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly check all final proofs and give their approval via email before the final work will be released to the client, upon payment being received.
Terms + Conditions
FILE SUPPLY: Logo files are supplied electronically to the client in print and web formats such as EPS, PNG, JPEG. Print files will be supplied as high resolution PDF files. If other files types are required, that can be arranged - please specify when asking for a quote, if unsure of file type required please explain your planned use. All original artwork and source files remain the property of Aleph Studio unless otherwise arranged; there will be a fee for re-supply of original artwork and source files.
COLOUR VARIATION: Please note there may be colour variation between the screen and final product. This occurs due to differences in the way colours are managed on the screen (RGB) and print (CMYK). Screen proofing is not indicative of the final printed piece, printed colours can vary between printers, jobs and different print runs. Aleph Studio will not be responsible for any colour variations on printing as these factors are beyond our control.
IMAGES: Any images supplied to Aleph Studio for use in a design project must have the approval of the photographer or have appropriate commercial licensing. Aleph Studio will not be responsible for any legal issues or copyright breaches as a result of the use or printing of supplied images. Stock images, clip art, vector images can be used with the correct commercial license rights being purchased by the client OR Aleph Studio can arrange for their purchase which will incur a 15% commission being charged in addition to the image and license fees, payable prior to the image/license being purchased. Any images supplied by the client must be in high resolution; Aleph Studio is not responsible for colour variation occurring if the image requires conversion from RGB to CMYK.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your privacy is important. Aleph Studio respects your privacy and personal details. Any information supplied to Aleph Studio during the design process will be solely used for that purpose and not disclosed to any third parties without written consent of the client.

SERVICES
Description: The Coach provides creative coaching services designed to help Clients enhance their creativity, achieve personal and professional goals, and overcome creative blocks.
Scope: The scope of the Services will be agreed upon by the Coach and the Client prior to the commencement of any coaching sessions. This includes the duration, frequency, and specific objectives of the coaching engagement.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation: The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching sessions and to provide honest feedback and communication to the Coach.
Commitment: The Client is responsible for dedicating the necessary time and effort to achieve the goals set during the coaching sessions.
Confidentiality: The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or personal insights shared by the Coach during the coaching sessions.
COACH RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional Conduct: The Coach will conduct all coaching sessions in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to relevant coaching standards and guidelines.
Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent.
Support: The Coach will provide support, guidance, and feedback to help the Client achieve their creative and personal goals.
FEES + PAYMENT
Fees: The fees for the Services will be agreed upon by the Coach and the Client prior to the commencement of any coaching sessions. Fees may be based on an hourly rate, per session, or package pricing.
Payment Terms: Payment for the Services is due as agreed upon by both parties. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of Services.
Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions are at the discretion of the Coach and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING
Cancellation by Client: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the Client being charged for the session.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Guarantees: The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of the coaching sessions. The Client acknowledges that the success of the coaching depends largely on their own effort and commitment.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services.
AMENDMENTS
The Coach reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect upon the Client’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
